KTCA started because of a massive gap in the world of care. For over nine years, I've worked with patients with complex medical care needs and saw a frustrating reality: you simply cannot buy garments designed for their specific requirements. They don't exist. I started this project to change that—knitting with purpose by creating patterns for clothing that the fashion industry ignores. We are here to provide the tools to create garments that offer dignity, comfort, and functionality to those who have been overlooked.
